All Nations | Ngā Whenua Katoa
All Nations is a Christian family made up of people from many countries alongside a large group of New Zealanders (both Pākehā and Māori), and is the home of our children and families ministry.
Our services are primarily in English, and combine contemporary worship, Bible preaching, and a meal afterwards (gold coin donation). We often use other languages (such as Mandarin and Indonesian) in worship to recognise the large number of first languages people in our community speak. We also recognise our roots in New Zealand by the Māori version of our name (Ngā Whenua Katoa) and the use of Māori language at points in our worship.
Our congregation is particularly suitable if you are newly arrived in New Zealand and have a reasonable level of English, or are a Kiwi who is called to reach our city centre. You will find yourself among others who have made the same journey: leaving their home country to come and study or work and live in New Zealand for short or long periods of time; or Kiwis who live in the city centre or long to see God's work here grow. We would love to provide a spiritual home for you where you can make friends, grow stronger in your Christian faith and get involved in expanding the life-giving work of Jesus in our city.
We are a regional and city-wide church and people come from a wide geographical area. We encourage everyone to be involved in a midweek group to build community, develop closer relationships with others and to provide support and encouragement for each other. We also have a number of ministries providing opportunities to serve both within the Tab church as well as the wider community.
