The Auckland Baptist Tabernacle Hostel is in the form of apartment style accommodation. It is located on the top floor of the Tabernacle Trust building on the corner of Queen Street and Karangahape (K) Road in the CBD of Auckland. There are 12 self-contained apartments each catering for between 2 and 5 people in separate bedrooms. These apartments are the Baptist accommodation for young people, particularly those moving to Auckland to study or work and is part of the Church’s ministry to young people. This hostel is open to all denominations.

The residents of each apartment are responsible for their own day-to-day living arrangements, including cooking and cleaning. It is a great learning environment prior to entering the public flatting arena of Auckland.
